From its original conception with two friends selling t-shirts in a French ski resort, White Stuff now has a varied product offering, including womenswear, menswear, gifting, accessories, childrenswear and shoes. They’ve also expanded far beyond the ski slopes, with over 150 UK stores and concessions, including stores in Germany and Belgium, too.
In 2011, White Stuff chose us to provide out-of-hours Help Desk support for its store operations nationwide during evenings and weekends. Alongside this, we also remotely monitor its servers and manage its critical SQL reporting schedules on a constant basis, providing constant 24/7 support. These measures are designed to protect the consistency and resilience of business operations.
