Mint Velvet describe their aesthetic as “relaxed glamour” and over the years this has grown to include clothes, accessories, shoes and Mintie, their childrenswear line. With their website, 42 boutiques, 6 outlet locations and being stocked in department stores and concessions, such as John Lewis and House of Fraser, Mint Velvet’s popularity has only increased since its conception over 10 years ago.
Mint Velvet has worked with Retail Assist since it began and benefits from an array of Retail Assist’s IT services and solutions.
Mint Velvet engaged Retail Assist as their outsourced IT partner in June 2009 with the brief that all IT systems, software/hardware, infrastructure and communications had to be fully operational for their go-live on 1st October. They needed an IT partner to support the running of a fully multichannel business from day one and our relationship has never looked back.
In 2010, we won the ‘Project Implementation of the Year’ Award at the prestigious Retail Week Technology Awards for our work with Mint Velvet.
